We are pleased to inform you that the Gran Canaria ‘Mayor Camilo Sánchez’ Half Marathon is back with a full make over to offer you a unique and unforgettable weekend. The main novelty of this race, which has become a classic among the running events on the island of Gran Canaria, is that it will take place at night, in a safe environment.
Three running distances* are available in this 2023 edition: 5 Km*, 10.5 Km* and the jewel of the crown, the Half Marathon* but you can also take part in one of the most popular festive options, such as the Fruit Festival Walk (Caminata Fiesta de la Fruta )*, and the Children’s Races*.

Attention music and sports lovers! You can’t miss the live concert of Los 600 and Los Salvapantallas on January 28th at 8:30 PM! This live show will be part of the Alcalde Camilo Sánchez Half Marathon event. We promise catchy melodies filled songs that will make everyone there enjoy an unforgettable night.
